- Check thermostat, calibrate if needed.
- Inspect wiring & safety controls
- Clean electrical contacts
- Inspect and clean condensate pump
- Inspect and clean condensate drain
- Check temperature differentials
- Check for safe operation
- Check for obvious refrigerant leaks
- Check gas valve
- Check and close off humidifier
- Check and clean condenser coil
- Check capacitors
- Remove leaves/debris from inside condenser
Oil Furnace & Boiler Service
- Replace oil filter (filter included)
- Replace air filter (filter included)
- Replace nozzle (nozzle included)
- Clean out chimney base (if needed)
- Check operating pressures
